SAVE MORE MESA
Now, more than ever, our community must stand together to ensure that this treasured landscape is protected forever. The More Mesa Preservation Coalition is now gearing up for an ambitious campaign to acquire and permanently protect More Mesa as public open space for current and future generations.
More Mesa Stands at a Critical Crossroads
Many people assume that More Mesa is already protected open space, but it isn’t. The land remains privately owned, is currently listed for sale, and continues to attract interest from real estate developers. At the same time, state environmental protections are being weakened, creating new risks for irreplaceable places like More Mesa. For over 25 years, the More Mesa Preservation Coalition (MMPC) has protected this extraordinary landscape for hikers, runners, beachgoers, dog walkers, birdwatchers, cyclists, and equestrians.
